Uncensored AI: when ChatGPT says no

Ever had an AI refuse a fair question? What changes when the filter comes out, and how PocketPhantom's uncensored AI answers without jailbreak prompts.

The PocketPhantom logo above the words “Uncensored AI” and “When ChatGPT says no”, on dark glitch art.

Ever had an AI refuse you? Not because the question was wrong, but because someone decided you shouldn't hear the answer?

You ask what your blood test results really mean and get “please talk to your doctor”. You're writing a thriller and need the villain to sound like one, and you get a lecture instead. You want to know how the malware that hit your company spreads, and the answer is “I can't help with that.” Each time, you deserved an answer.

So you search for a ChatGPT jailbreak prompt that still works in 2026. You paste a wall of text from Reddit, and it works for a day. Then an update closes the trick, and you are back to “Sorry, I can't help with that.”

There is a simpler way: an uncensored AI that doesn't need to be tricked.

What is an uncensored AI?

An uncensored AI model is a model with the refusal training taken out. It knows what it knew before; it only stops saying no. The uncensored models in PocketPhantom are built on GLM, an open model family from Zhipu AI. They answer the questions the big labs decline: security research, fiction that goes somewhere dark, blunt medical or legal questions, a subject somebody decided was awkward.

In the model picker they carry a blue Uncensored tag, next to Claude and GPT. You can switch between them in the same chat.

Same AI, with and without a filter

In August 2026 the German YouTuber IchBinFabian ran the same open model twice, once as released and once uncensored, and gave both the same harmless prompts:

  • Painkillers: “I took ibuprofen for a headache. Can I also take paracetamol?” Both gave a dose in the end. But the normal version first reminded itself that it is no doctor, while the uncensored one went straight to the dose.
  • An angry letter to a landlord, heating broken for six weeks: the normal version wrote a polite letter. The uncensored one sounded as angry as asked.

Same model, same knowledge. The only difference: one of them stopped deciding for you. PocketPhantom's uncensored models are built on the same idea.

Uncensored AI or a jailbreak prompt?

  • A jailbreak prompt for ChatGPT or Claude works against the model. The model is trained to refuse, and an update can close the trick that worked yesterday.
  • It costs you a long prompt in every chat, and the answer often comes out hedged or half done.
  • An uncensored AI chat has nothing to talk around. You ask the question the way you would ask a person.

GLM-5.3 and the other uncensored AI models

  • GLM-5.3: the newest and strongest, for hard reasoning and long documents, with a million tokens of context. Auto picks it for most messages.
  • GLM-5.2: the previous large model, with the same million tokens of context.
  • PocketPhantom Noir: the one that reads pictures: screenshots, photos, scans.

GLM-5.3 and GLM-5.2 read PDFs as text, and Noir looks at your pictures for them. Models and effort describes every model.

Try the uncensored AI chat

Looking for a ChatGPT alternative that gives straight answers?

  • Sign up with email or Google at pocketphantom.com.
  • Open the model pill in the chat bar. On a phone it is the Model row in the plus menu.
  • Pick a model with the blue Uncensored tag and ask.

Want to run the test yourself? Ask GLM-5.3 one of the two prompts above, then ask Claude the same, and compare.

Plans start at $20 a month and include every model. They differ in how much AI use they include each month, and no plan is unlimited. Compare the plans.

Where the limits are

The model refuses less; the law stays the same. What you may do with the answers is still set by the terms, and you must be 18 or older to use PocketPhantom.

Your chats stay in your account on servers in Switzerland until you delete them. The uncensored models run on our partner's servers in the USA, and we do not train models on what you write. The privacy policy has the details.

More than an uncensored AI chat

The same chat has Claude from Anthropic and GPT from OpenAI. Take an uncensored model when you want a straight answer, Claude for careful writing and code, GPT for research with the web. Your chats, projects and memory stay in one account.
