Chat

The chat at pocketphantom.com: a normal AI chat that also knows the product.

The home page is a chat with Claude. It answers questions, writes and explains code, drafts text, reads the files you attach, and searches the web while it answers. It cannot touch your computer from the browser; that is the desktop app's job, and it says so if you ask.

The chat bar

Microphone: Dictation through your browser. Speak, and the words land in the box.
Arrow: Send. Enter sends too; Shift+Enter makes a new line.

Attachments

Press + and choose Add photos and files, or drop them into the box, or paste a screenshot. Images (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF) and PDFs, up to four per message, 5 MB each. The file is sent with that message only; saved chats keep the file's name, not its contents.

Answers

Answers arrive as they are written, formatted (headings, lists, code blocks with a copy button). Under each answer: copy, and on the last one, regenerate to ask the same thing again. Stop halts an answer that is still coming.

Your chats

Chats are listed in the sidebar under Recent, newest first, and are saved to your account: log in on another computer and they are there, in the same order. Search finds them by title or by what was said. Rename, archive or delete a chat from its menu. Archiving takes it out of the sidebar and keeps it: Settings › Data controls lists the archived ones and brings them back. Deleting asks first, takes it off every computer, and cannot be undone. Chats made by a scheduled task carry a small clock.

InfoChats are kept until you delete them. Deleting your account deletes every chat on it. Signed out there are no chats, because a chat needs an account to send anything at all. What a chat keeps of an attachment is its name, not the file.

InfoChats you had here before accounts kept them are copied to your account the first time you log in after the change, once, by themselves. A chat is only taken out of the browser once your account holds it, so if there is no room for one it stays here and is tried again next time. Chats from before accounts carry no name, so on a computer two people have used they stay in the browser rather than being given to whoever logs in first. Deleting every chat on your account deletes anything of yours still waiting in the browser too. Projects have not moved yet: a project's name and its instructions are still kept in the browser you made them in.

Signed out

You can read the page signed out, but sending needs an account: the first message sends you to log in and comes back into the box afterwards.

Limits

A message is up to 8,000 characters; the last 24 messages of a chat travel with each request, so very long chats remember the recent part best
30 messages per ten minutes per account
Four attachments per message, 5 MB each
