Privacy in short
Where your data goes, in plain words. The full privacy policy, the terms, the refund policy and the legal notice are short too.

| Files you attach | Sent with your message to the AI model so it can read them, and not used for training. We keep the file's name with the chat, not the file itself. |
| Chats on the web | Saved to your account, on our servers in the EU, until you delete them: that is what puts them on your next computer. Each message goes to the AI model to be answered, and is not used for training. |
| Projects | Saved to your account, so they follow you to your next computer. A project's instructions go to the AI with every chat inside it. |
| Scheduled tasks | The task and its results are kept on our servers so they can reach you as chats; delete a task to remove it. |
| Your account | Email, name, your password if you set one (stored hashed; we cannot read it) and sign-in sessions on our servers. |
| Payments | Stripe. We see the invoice, never the card. |

The AI providers
The Claude models run at Anthropic, the GPT models at OpenAI, and the uncensored models at a further provider outside Europe under its own terms. A request goes to the provider of the model you picked, to answer your question or do your task. We do not train any model on what you write. Naming a chat sends your first message to Anthropic in a second, separate request, for the title.
Deleting things
- A chat: from its menu in the sidebar. It goes from your account, so it goes from every computer. A temporary chat is not listed, so only Delete all chats removes it
- Every chat at once: Settings › Data controls
- A project: from its menu on the Projects page
- A scheduled task: from the Scheduled page
- Your account and everything on it, chats included: Settings › Account, Delete my account; or ask support from the account's email
